Advice For Stewards On Some Problems That Occasionally Arise Stewarding can be great fun. However from time to time problems can crop up. On this page you will find details on some of the problems that have previously occurred and some advice on how to get through them. In all cases it is best to remember that as a Steward you are in charge of the meet. This does not mean you are alone. You can expect the support of your DA Committee, Region Council, Club Headquarters, National Council (Including if necessary the Club's Disciplinary Processes) and other members.
You are preparing the site and some campers arrive before the meet opens. Road safety Clubs Exemptions Club's insurance Arrangements with site owner

Land Owner is not sticking to pre arranged agreement (e.g. water is not working, you do not have full use of site, etc)
